Out of Pocket Roofing Expense

This page is for someone who has to pay out of pocket for an entire roof or a large part of it. If you do not have insurance or if your claim got rejected, please give us a call, we still have many options. We are always willing to negotiate. We will try to beat any written estimate you get by at least 5%.

Our general prices are as follows

If you need repairs for your roof call us.  Most roofing repairs can be done within $300.

If you have home insurance, specially with a 1% deductible, we can replace your roof at no cost to you. Give us a call if you have had hail or wind damage. If your roof is over 10 years old or you have a leak, we would be happy to do a free inspection.
